In October, the approval rates of state institutions increased slightly, partly catching up after the fall of last month. The ratings of confidence in Vladimir Putin and Mikhail Mishustin increased by several percent, returning to August level.

At the end of October, compared with September, when partial mobilization was announced, the proportion of those who believe that things in the country are going in the right direction increased. In September there were 60% of them, this month – 64%. 24% of respondents believe that the country is moving on the wrong path (27% in September).

The assessment of the activity of the heads of regions returned to the August level: 69% of respondents approve (67% in September), a quarter disapprove (in 28% in September).

The level of approval of the activities of the lower house of parliament has stopped decreasing: in October, 55% expressed approval, 38% of respondents disapproved of the work of the State Duma.

According to the open question, in October, the level of confidence in Vladimir Putin increased by 4%, thereby returning to the August level. Mikhail Mishustin’s rating also increased by 3% – up to 17%. Trust in Sergey Lavrov and Sergei Shoigu has decreased slightly.
